** COVID 19 PANDEMIC: Please read before purchase as there are some slight changes in delivery time on all hair within the collection**


SHIPPING NOTICE:

All readymade wigs are constructed carefully by our supplier. As they deal with large bulk orders from us weekly; they need more time to complete these wigs to perfection. Once the wigs are delivered to us we can then proceed in customising / styling your wigs & shipping it out to you first class. Due to the pandemic there is still some slight delays in receiving stock from overseas so please allow extra processing/delivery time for all wigs, this is something that is out of our control.

If you need your wig urgently by a certain date then please email us your enquiry before placing your order so we can see what can be arranged. However please do note all the information stated above - we will try our best as a team to fulfil your requests.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you have placed your online order, we leave 24 hours for your payment to officially be processed to avoid payment bounce-backs. After this 24 hour period is complete we commence in forwarding your order to our readymade wig supplier.


1. Turn over time to receive readymade wigs from our supplier = 1 week / 1 week and a half. This is due to them making the wig from scratch and fulfilling your wig cap size requests/lace type requests. 

(Please note this time frame depends on how many orders we receive at a time. SALE orders can possibly take a few more days longer to receive from our supplier as we always receive huge amounts of orders).

2. Turn over time to then customise and style wigs once received from supplier = 2-3 days - packaging & re - shipping then commences to you the buyer.

3. All wigs ships out to our customers first class signed for; depending on your location (UK example) you should receive your wig 1 to 2 days after the date you receive your tracking number. If you are located outside of the UK it could take another week for you to receive your package however a faster 2 to 3 day shipping can be arranged with us at an extra cost where we will ship your items with fed ex, a reliable faster international shipping option. Please kindly refrain from contacting us about the whereabouts of your order is if you have not received your wig in the above time frame. In an unlikely case of you not receiving your wig in this estimated time frame above, kindly contact mulanshair@gmail.com with your order number for assistance.

If you need your wig for a specific date, we urge you to order a few weeks before that date to avoid any confusion. However commencing the month of October 2020 we will officially have same day collection / next day first class shipping on most of the wigs in our collection as this has been highly requested. 

 

Please remember that couriers are having their own personal pandemic delays so once the package has officially been shipped out to you; however long it takes to reach you is out of our control as the package will then be in the couriers hand. Please use the tracking number provided to see where your package is. We work with royal mail for all UK and international shipping.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 1-13 business days max from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the final destination of the order. After your payment is authorised and verified, it will take roughly 24-48 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

If you need your hair for a certain date it is highly recommended that you place your order two weeks max prior to that date to avoid any disappointment however orders are sent via Royal Mail special delivery which is guaranteed to deliver your order within the selected timeframe.

SALE ITEMS SHIPPING:

Due to high volume of orders during sale periods; shipping may take longer than normal as all sale items are processed on the last day of the sale, this is so all sale orders can be packaged and shipped in one go.

return & exchange policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We have a NO refund NO return policy so please proceed with full certainty before placing a online order to avoid any inconveniences. 

If the goods are faulty please report this fault within 24hours of receiving the item. If we agree the hair is faulty you have 5 days to return the hair in order for an exchange. In a situation whereby the item can not be exchanged, a montary equivalent (in most cases, being either a gift card or a discount) will be issued. However if the item is brushed, combed, cut (packaging including), chemically altered, installed or altered in any way absolutely NO exchange will be made.

Please note that if we agree that the item is faulty this will not warrant a refund of any sort, partial or full. 

In an unlikely case of us sending out the wrong product an exchange will be made once you alert us. 

SALE/REDUCED ITEMS:

All sale/reduced items are FINAL - no refunds/exchanges on sale items.
